Tri 好色先生tv Tech offers four hands-on programs where you can learn various welding techniques and procedures, giving you a masterful touch in this highly valued craft. Programs focus on techniques such as arc welding (SMAW), gas metal (GMAW) & tungsten arc welding (GTAW), and oxy-fuel cutting.

Take the first steps to becoming a shop supervisor by learning proper shop organization and blueprint reading. Our programs will help you earn a certification in Stick, TIG, and MIG welding, allowing higher starting pay and a headstart to a fiery career!

Weld01: Gas Metal Arc Welding

This course provides a comprehensive introduction to Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW), also known as MIG welding. Designed for adult learners, the course covers the fundamental principles and techniques of GMAW, offering both theoretical knowledge and practical hands-on experience.

Students will learn about the GMAW process and its applications, safety procedures, and equipment handling. The course includes setting up and operating GMAW equipment, selecting appropriate materials and shielding gases, and performing basic welds on different types of metals. Additionally, students will gain skills in inspecting and evaluating weld quality.

Through guided instruction and practical welding exercises, students will develop the skills needed to perform basic GMAW tasks with confidence. By the end of the course, participants will be able to set up GMAW equipment, execute standard welding techniques, and ensure the quality and safety of their work. This course is ideal for individuals seeking to gain foundational skills in welding for personal projects, career development, or further technical training.

Weld02a: Shielded Metal Arc Welding Part 1

This course, and part 2, offers an in-depth introduction to Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), commonly known as stick welding. Tailored for adult learners, the course provides a blend of theoretical understanding and practical hands-on experience in SMAW techniques and applications.

Participants will explore the fundamentals of the SMAW process, including equipment setup and maintenance, electrode selection, and welding safety procedures. The course covers essential welding techniques for various metals, emphasizing bead placement, joint preparation, and welding positions. Students will also learn to inspect and assess weld quality to ensure strong, durable welds.

Through expert instruction and practical exercises, students will gain the skills necessary to perform basic SMAW tasks proficiently. By the end of the course, participants will be equipped to set up and operate SMAW equipment, perform standard welding techniques, and evaluate the integrity of their welds. Weld03: Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (Advanced)

Participants will learn about the GTAW process and its applications, focusing on the precision and control required for this type of welding. The course covers safety procedures, equipment setup and maintenance, and the selection of appropriate tungsten electrodes and shielding gases. Students will practice welding various metals, including stainless steel and aluminum, emphasizing technique, bead quality, and joint preparation.

Through guided instruction and practical exercises, students will develop the skills needed to perform basic GTAW tasks with confidence. By the end of the course, participants will be able to set up GTAW equipment, execute precise welding techniques, and ensure the quality and safety of their work. Financial Assistance

Financial assistance is available through the Tri 好色先生tv Tech Foundation for our Full-Time and most of our Flex programs. After you are accepted into a program, you will receive a financial assistance application. The form must be filled out and turned in with the most recent two months of pay stubs for every working member of your household.

Our main goal for financial assistance at Tri 好色先生tv Tech is to assist financially disadvantaged students who would be unable to get the education they deserve. Assistance consists of grants, scholarships, and employment. An individual might participate in one or more resources, depending upon eligibility and need.

We do not accept funds from FAFSA or PELL.
